この度、TAP Gallery（東京・清澄白河）にて、林田真季の初の写真展“JAPAN-GO-ROUND”を開催致します。
本展では、「効率的で合理的な現代の都市社会だけが“豊かな暮らし”ではない」という仮説のもと、まるで外国のように写した日本の様々な地方の風景写真20点を発表致します。
Since 2013 summer, I’ve been working on a photography project, titled “JAPAN-GO-ROUND”. This project consists of a series of rural landscapes
which do not look like Japan. My aim of this project is to let people both inside and outside of Japan to realize two facts;
1, Tokyo is not the only place to get an extraordinary experience in Japan.
2, The urban convenience is not the only way to enrich our lives.
